I have been in the massage business now for more than 19 years, and thus with that experience I am able to offer a variety of massage styles and techniques. Over the years I have been able to assist clients with musculoskeletal aches and pains, stress and malaise, and help them achieve total relaxation.
For therapeutic massage I make every effort to treat each individual with a holistic approach, tailored uniquely just for them, for the most efficient treatment practices. I can also recommend other means of therapy, such as life coaching, as this can often times prove to be quite complementary to massage therapy practices.
Nearly each and every part of the body can benefit from massage and massage therapy. Not only is massage a very rewarding and pleasurable experience, it’s a great way to lift one’s spirits and see the happiness that you can have in this world. Massage can both call attention to the ache or pain and release it from the body, leaving you feeling rejuvenated. Everyone needs time away from their hectic and busy lifestyle, and massage is a great way to relax, re-connect, and re-tune ourselves.
For the body, the benefits lie in the musculoskeletal system, helping to eliminate stress and tension, realign bodily posture, and lengthen muscle fibers. By improving the circulation of both the circulatory and lymphatic systems, cells can rid themselves of waste quicker and easier, and receive nutrients and oxygen via the bloodstream faster as well. Combined, these benefits extend to other organs and systems within the body.
For the mind, massage can help sooth an overstressed mind and ease you into a state of complete relaxation. Worry and over-stimulation can be released and the mind calmed through the art of massage. Afterwards, you’ll feel sharper and focused mentally.
For the soul, the benefit of bringing the focus back to the physical body aids in letting go of unwanted emotion. By raising your awareness of your emotional state, you can release feelings of depression, sadness, anger, fear, anxiety and welcome in the peace that remains in the wake of letting these things go. And so adds to the quality of life.

The Deep Tissue Massage is a western invention popular for its effective technique at relieving musculo-skeletal pain and tension. By working deep into the muscle and its connecting tissue it is possible to aid in freeing your muscles, not to mention it is incredibly relaxing.
Utilising the effective technique of the Deep Tissue Massage, the Sports Massage helps with correcting posture and muscle imbalances, healing following injury, and provides relief for sports people. This massage is combined with a series of stretches for full efficiency.
Perfect for those whose jobs require sitting hunched over a desk, this popular Eastern massage focuses on bodily energy along the same practices used in acupuncture. The client remains clothed, lying prostrate on the floor on a yoga mat, with the purpose being to balance the flow of bodily energies and aid in relieving tension and pain in the muscles. Dynamic stretching and acupressure technique are both features of this massage technique.
Similar to the Thai Yoga Massage, this Japanese version of the eastern acupressure massage is beneficial in treating a wide range of various bodily aches and pains but also aids in emotional re-balancing through its aim to balance the body’s energy flow through a more extensive system of Chinese meridians.
Instead of the slow, long movements typically found within the Thai Massage and Shiatsu Massage, the Tui-Na utilizes quick motions that reach deep into acupressure locations and sore muscles. This Chinese take on the Oriental acupressure is also traditionally done clothed and on the floor, and through the release of acupressure spots many chronic ailments can be addressed, whether physical, emotional, or mental. Very relaxing and invaluable at releasing muscle tension.
This treatment is traditionally only applied to the feet, based on the notion that parts of the feet corresponded to parts of the rest of the body as a map of sorts. When pressure is applied to specific spots on the feet a number of both physical and psychological ailments can be cured, such as back pain. This massage is also emotionally beneficial through the effects of relaxation and calming that the massage brings, which can be equally beneficial in treating many ongoing ailments.
