We will dismantle the core belief that something is wrong about you or your life and show you how this belief grew out of your early life conditioning.
As part of this process of illuminating your inner world, you will meet what lives in the depths of your own darkness. I will guide and accompany you into meeting and retrieving the lost parts of yourself, those parts you had come to fear and loath. These excluded and rejected parts are in truth that which you most yearn for, an aliveness waiting to be embraced and set free.
Essentially, I specialise in guiding and supporting clients through the process of personal crisis and change. A significant aspect of this work is to identify and resolve their physical and psychological tensions, along with the underlying fears. In that, we work towards creating a new, more harmonious way of being in the world. The space of the session is one of inclusion in which every part, that has been disallowed and disavowed, is met anew with grace and gentle understanding
In an emotional and psychological sense, this means a reduction in stress, anxiety, depression and the need for addictive props and dependencies. We move out of numbness into feeling deeply alive. Connected to our feelings our boundaries are clearer. This is a homecoming of happiness, peace, appreciation and clarity
In a physical sense this means the reduction of muscular tension, pain, fatigue, restriction and illness. There is a growth of respect and kindness for one’s body and its needs. This allows a restoration of the physical to a more easeful, open, enjoyable and harmonious everyday state

I combine many different approaches and techniques when working with clients, a style developed over many years. For the purpose of communication, these can be separated into a few areas which are listed below. However, in practice they are all part of the same seamless movement.
The illumination of what is at the heart of any issue is the beginning of the healing. Once the real issue is identified then energy healing is effective in releasing and clearing it. The principle that all is energy is what directs energy healing. Everything – that which is physical and non-physical, such as thoughts and emotions – can be reduced to single, unitary particles of energy. Through intention and skill, these energies are realigned to harmonious patterns of being, thereby restoring health in all manner. Energy healing works towards creating emotional balance and psychological clarity, through the illumination and release of limiting beliefs and fears. This assists the physical body in regaining equilibrium by removing the blocks that prevent it healing.
Physical conditions and illnesses that are unresponsive to conventional medicine are often responsive to energy healing as it works to resolve the deeper emotional, psychological, and energetic issues that have developed into physical manifestations. As a society, we all now recognise the detrimental effects of stress. Energy healing takes this exploration deeper into the subtle realms and expressions of what it means to be human at this time, and the struggles that entails.

This involves, in essence, the release of stored and stuck emotions, along with the thoughts, beliefs and fears that created them. Coming to feel and know your body through bodywork will open to you a whole, new dimension of aliveness and ease in your every day life.
